Service Agreement
By booking services with Smart Details Auto Spa & Supplies, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern all detailing services provided at our Lomita, CA facility and through our mobile service throughout the South Bay area.
Booking and Scheduling
All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our booking system or by calling (424) 237-0913. We require 24-hour notice for cancellations to avoid a cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a 50% service charge.
For mobile services, we require access to water and electricity at the service location. If these utilities are not available, additional fees may apply for generator and water tank usage.

We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), and digital payments including Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is due upon completion of services unless prior arrangements have been made.
Pricing and Estimates
All pricing is subject to vehicle size, condition, and specific services requested. Estimates provided are based on standard conditions. Additional charges may apply for excessively dirty vehicles, pet hair removal, or other specialized cleaning requirements.
Package Deals and Promotions
Package deals and promotional pricing are subject to specific terms and may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. Package services must be used within 12 months of purchase date.

Quality Guarantee
As a Ceramic Pro certified installer with a 5-star Google rating, we stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with any service, please contact us within 48 hours for resolution. We will re-perform the service at no additional charge if quality standards were not met.
Ceramic Coating Warranty
Ceramic Pro coatings come with manufacturer warranties ranging from 2 years to lifetime, depending on the package selected. Warranty terms require proper maintenance and periodic inspections as outlined in your ceramic coating care guide.
Paint Protection Film
PPF installations include manufacturer warranties against defects, yellowing, and peeling. Warranty coverage varies by product and is subject to manufacturer terms and conditions.

Vehicle Inspection
All vehicles undergo a pre-service inspection to document existing damage or concerns. Customers will be notified of any pre-existing conditions before service begins. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or mechanical issues.
Liability Coverage
Smart Details Auto Spa & Supplies carries comprehensive liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for indirect damages, loss of use, or consequential damages.
Personal Property
Please remove all personal items from your vehicle before service. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property left in vehicles during service.
Key and Vehicle Security
Vehicle keys will be secured during service. For mobile services, customers may remain present or provide secure key exchange instructions.

Weather Policies
Exterior services may be postponed due to rain, extreme heat, or other weather conditions that could affect service quality. Customers will be contacted to reschedule at no additional charge.

For mobile services, we require a safe, level surface with adequate lighting. Services may be declined if location conditions pose safety risks to our team or your vehicle.

After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
